We
provide an easy-to-use and Secure online shopping system for placing your order with
Healthgoods. Please order the items you want as you browse our
Shopping Center and select the payment type and ordering method that meets
your needs. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Checks and Money
Orders.
How to Order
To accept the default quantity of
in the Quantity box for each
product you want to purchase, simply click on the
button. If you wish to order a quantity more than "1",
then place your cursor in the quantity box in front of the "1",
hold down the left mouse button and drag across to highlight the box. Then
type in the quantity you desire. This will delete the "1" and
place your typed quantity in its place. Then click on the "Add to Order"
button. Continue this process for every product throughout the
catalog until you have completed your shopping. You can order products
from different areas of the catalog at all times and you will receive a
confirmation of your product selection each time you click on the order
button.
When you have completed your shopping session, click on the
button in the pop up
confirmation window to proceed to the order form where you can make changes to your
order. You can also click on the
tabs located at the top
of each page to begin the order checkout process.
When you are satisfied with the "Order
Review" or "Order Checkout" summaries, you will need to click on the
button,
which will take you to our secure server to process your order with your
shipping and order preference information.
After providing billing, shipping and
order preference information, click on the
button to proceed to
the payment information. If you are using a credit card and ordering online,
please provide that information. If you have selected to Phone/Fax/Mail your
order, please continue with the checkout process and printout the order
confirmation page at the end of ordering process.
After completing the final order information, please
click the
button to complete the
order process. If you
submitted the order online with credit card information, an email notification
will be sent to to the email address listed for the order. If the order was
processed as a Phone/Fax/Mail order, Healthgoods has not received your order
and you must follow the phone, fax or mail information below to process your
order.
Phone Your Order
After you have submitted your order
online and you indicated a phone order on the form, print out the order confirmation form and call our Customer Service Department toll free at 1-888-878-2497
between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time
to place your order. Please have Credit Card and shipping information ready.
The Customer Service Department is closed on the following holidays:
President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day
and Christmas Day.
Fax Your Order
After you have submitted your order
online and you indicated a fax order on the form, print out the order confirmation form with
your Credit Card payment and shipping information and fax 24 hours a day to:

Mail Your Order
After you have submitted your order
online and you indicated a mail order on the form, print out and fill in the
order confirmation form with
your payment and shipping information. You can pay by check, money order or
credit card. Personal and business checks and money orders require 10 business days for funds
to clear prior to shipping the order. Send the order confirmation form along
with your Credit Card information, check or money order made out
to Healthgoods and mail it to:
