Our "No Problem" Return Policy allows the customer to return items for any reason within thirty (30) days of receiving their order with the exception of opened bedding items including mattresses, mattress toppers/pads, sheets and pillows due to State laws. Unopened, unused bedding items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Refund or exchange credit does not include shipping charges both ways. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways on returned merchandise and for shipping new, exchanged products. Customers returning an item may be subject to a manufacturer's restocking fee if the item was shipped direct from the manufacturer. Restocking fees vary by manufacturer. If original merchandise was damaged in shipping, please call us at (888) 666-0862, or use our contact form at Customer Service, immediately and we will notify the shipping company. Save the merchandise and packaging for inspection.
If you need to return the merchandise to HealthGoods for a refund or exchange please contact customer service at (888) 666-0862 to receive an RMA number and shipping instructions for your return. In your return box please enclose a copy of the RMA, along with the original packaging and all of the product contents. Note: failure to include all of the product's original contents, including manuals and accessories, can affect your refund or credit.
Credits and Refunds
We will issue a credit or refund within five (5) business days from receipt of your returned merchandise. If payment for the returned products were made by a credit card, then the credit will be applied back to the same credit card. If the product was purchased with a check or money order, then we will issue a refund check to you.
