Merchandise Returns

Our "No Problem" Return Policy allows the customer to return items for any reason within thirty (30) days of receiving their order. Refund or exchange credit does not include shipping charges. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise and for shipping new, exchanged products. Customers are responsible for shipping damage on returned merchandise and shipping insurance is suggested. If original merchandise was damaged in shipping, please call us at 1-888-878-2497, oruse our contact form at Customer Service, immediately and we will notify the shipping company. Save the merchandise and packaging for inspection.

If you need to return the merchandise to HealthGoods for a refund or exchange, enclose a copy of your invoice that was sent with your order along with the original packaging and all of the product contents. Note: failure to include all of the product's original contents, including manuals and accessories, can affect your refund or credit.

Credits and Refunds

We will issue a credit or refund within five (5) business days from receipt of your returned merchandise. If payment for the returned products were made by a credit card, then the credit will be applied back to the same credit card. If the product was purchased with a check or money order, then we will issue a refund check to you.
