Bread Makers

Bread Making MachinesBread has long been a staple in the diets of people worldwide. Quality whole-grain bread provides natural fiber, oils, vitamins and minerals that are essential to a healthy diet. Most breads found in traditional supermarkets have been stripped of there fiber and natural nutrients and utilize processed ingredients, additives and preservatives. Popular white breads use flour that has taken out the bran and germ layers of the grains and remove over 80% of the nutrients found in the grains. Common supermarket breads are usually nutritionally weak and require "enrichment" with pharmaceutical nutrients, with the end result being a doughy product with low-potency synthetic vitamins.

Everyone loves the smell and taste of fresh bread but may not have the time to bake fresh bread consistently.  Bread machines allow you to make an infinite variety of breads, from ordinary whole-wheat to date-walnut and banana-oatmeal with extreme convenience. You can also use a bread making machine to make cakes and prepare dough for conventional oven cooking when making pizza, croissants or rolls. Bread machines make it simple for anyone to quickly bake fresh, delicious and healthy bread at any time, no matter what baking experience you have.

How It Works

A bread machine is basically a mini-oven. The baking pan is nonstick and has one or two kneading paddles in the bottom. You carefully measure all the fresh ingredients and place them in the nonstick baking pan. You then select a baking program and press start. That's it! The preparation takes only a few minutes and then the bread machine takes over and kneads the dough, allows the dough to rise and then bakes a fresh, nutritious and great tasting loaf of bread. Your total time investment was in measuring ingredients and pressing a few buttons.
