U Cook Pressure Cooker Set
- 6 Qt. Pressure Cooker Pot
- Made of high quality, heavy gauge 18/10 stainless
steel.
- Pressure Cooker Lid - Made of
high quality, heavy gauge 18/10 stainless steel. Lid
must be properly locked in position to build pressure in
the pot.
- Lower Pot Handle.
- Helper Handle - Provides
greater stability when moving or carrying the pressure
cooker.
- Upper Lid Handle - Used to
remove the lid from the pressure cooker and contains the
pressure valve and safety components.
- Pressure Operating Valve -
Select between 2 pressure settings and a steam release
setting. Steam escapes from the valve when pressure is
reached in the cooking pot. An unlock setting is used to
clean the valve.
- Handle Pressure Lock - Allows
you to open the pressure cooker when all the pressure is
released. Pressure cooker can not be opened if there is
still steam pressure inside the cooking pot.
- Silicone Gasket - Provides an
air tight seal and long lasting flexible performance.
- Safety Side Vent - In case of
excess pressure build-up in the cooker pot, pressure
will be released through the safety vent cut-out in the
rim of the lid.
- Safety Valve - Located under
the rim of the handle, this additional safety precaution
will release pressure if too high in the cooker pot.
- Thermo Heat Conductive Diffuser Base
- Fast heat conducting aluminum is sandwiched
between two layers of stainless steel to provide fast
and even heat distribution as well as easy cleaning and
durability.
- Pressure Indicator - Indicates
whether there is pressure inside the cooker.
- Steamer Basket/Food Grater -
Steamer basket is used for steaming foods under pressure
without placing the food directly in the cooking liquid.
Steamer basket rests on inner ridge of 6 qt. cooker pot
to allow steaming and cooking at the same time. Also
doubles as a handy food grater.
- Pasta Basket - Used with the 6 qt cooking pot
and glass lid to turn the pressure cooker into a pasta
pot.
- Glass Lid - Turns the cooker
pots into a 4 qt. saucepan and 6 qt. stockpot.
