Display
Window - All modes and indications are shown here for
reference. Menu
- Press to select the type of bread: Basic, Whole Wheat,
Multigrain, French, Pizza or Bake Only.
Select - Press to
choose the bake option: Bake, Bake Rapid, Bake Sandwich,
Bake Raisin, Dough or Dough Raisin.
Size - press to select
the size of the loaf for Bake, Bake Rapid & Bake Raisin
options of basic and wholewheat bread.
Crust - press to
select the color of the crust for Bake, Bake Rapid & Bake
Raisin options of basic bread.
Timer - press to set
the timer and to set the time for Bake only option.
Indicator Light - the
red light will be lit when in operation. It will flash when
the bread baking or dough making is completed.
Start / Stop - press
to start the the operation or the timer. To stop, hold for 1
second. |
How to
Make Basic Bread

1. Remove bread
pan and mount kneading blade on shaft. |
2. Place all
ingredients except liquids and dry yeast inside the
bread pan. |
3. Pour water and
any other liquids into the bread pan. |
4. Place the
bread pan inside the unit. |

5. Close the top
of the lid, fill yeast dispenser. The yeast will
automatically drop at the proper time. |
6. Plug into 120v
outlet, 0:00 appears. |
7. Press select
to chose the type of bread indicated on the right of
display. |
8. Press select
to choose Bake Rapid, Bake Sandwich, Bake Raisin,
Dough or Dough Raisin. |

9. Press
Start/Stop. Rest begins, then knead, rise and bake.
Time remaining is displayed. |
10. For
raisin/dried fruit options only, there will be beep
sound in the last part of kneading. Add
raisins/dried fruit now. |
11. The unit will
beep eight times when bread or dough is complete. |
12. Press
Start/Stop, remove bread pan, turn upside down and
shake to release bread. Enjoy! |
