SoyLove Soy Milk Maker Recipes

Traditional Soy Milk
Soylove Soy Milk Maker for Soy, Almond and Rice Milk
  1. Wash one cup (100g) of dry soybeans cleanly.
  2. Put soybeans in the filtering barrel and lock by turning clockwise.
  3. Fill with normal temperature water to the level indicated in the cooking pot (1,700cc).
  4. Place the upper unit in the center of the pot.
  5. Pull the grip forward until it clicks in place. This locks the unit.
  6. Connect the power cord to the upper unit. The power lamp will illuminate.
  7. Press the Soymilk button to begin the soymilk making process.
  8. When the light flickers and a buzz is heard in about 21 minutes, the process is complete.
  9. Take out the the power cord from the upper part of the unit.
  10. Pull back the handle and remove the upper unit from the cooking pot.
  11. Attach the blade covers for safety prior to cleaning.
  12. Wash the heater assembly and filter barrel. Do not get water in the upper unit.
Chocolate Soy Milk
You can make chocolate soymilk by adding 5 table spoons of chocolate powder and 3 tablespoons of sugar to the ready-made soymilk.
Strawberry Soy Milk
You can make strawberry soymilk by adding 5 tablespoons of strawberry powder and 3 tablespoons of sugar to the ready-made soymilk.

Chinese Style Soy Milk

  1. Measure out 1cup (supplied cup, almost 2/3 cup) and wash thoroughly removing stones etc.

  2. Put the soybeans into the filtering barrel, insert the filtering barrel in the lower part of the unit, then lock it by turning clockwise.

  4. Place the main unit into the pot.

Korean Style Soy Milk

  2. Add large spoonful of sesame seeds to the filtering barrel and rinse.

  3. Put the soybeans into the filtering barrel, insert the filtering barrel in the lower part of the unit, then lock it by turning clockwise.

  4. Fill the pot with water to the (1,300cc) level marked inside the pot. (Do not use hot water, do not under fill)

  5. Place the main unit into the pot.

  6. Pull the grip forward. the grip will locked at the locking device at the upper part of main unit, with a click.

  7. Plug in the unit.

  8. When the power lamp is lit, press the Porridge button to begin the process.

  9. When the lamp flickers and beeps after about 30 minutes the operation is complete.

  10. Unplug the power cord from the upper part of the main unit.

  11. Pull back the handle to separate main body from water bucket, the soy milk is done.

  12. Use the supplied strainer to filter out the bean pulp.

Optional: add cocoa (or carob) and sugar (or honey) to suit your taste.


Rice Milk

  1. Measure out 1/2cup (supplied cup) of rice and 1/2cup (same) of roasted peanuts (or almonds) and wash thoroughly removing stones etc.

  2. Put the rice and peanuts into the filtering barrel, insert the filtering barrel in the lower part of the unit, then lock it by turning clockwise.

  3. Fill the pot with water to the (1,700cc) level marked inside the pot. (Do not use hot water.)

  4. Place the main unit into the pot.

  5. Pull the grip forward. the grip will locked at the locking device at the upper part of main unit, with a click.

  6. Plug in the unit.

  7. When the power lamp is lit, press the Soymilk/Tofu button to begin the process.

  8. When the lamp flickers and beeps after about 21 minutes the operation is complete.

  9. Unplug the power cord from the upper part of the main unit.

  10. Pull back the handle to separate main body from water bucket, the rice milk is done.

Do NOT pour the rice milk from the pot because it is very hot and the steam may burn you. Use a ladle to move the rice milk to a different container.


Almond Milk
Soylove Soy Milk Maker for Soy, Almond and Rice Milk
  1. Measure out 1/2cup (supplied cup) of rice (substitute: soybeans or millet) and 1/2cup (same) of almonds and wash thoroughly removing stones etc.

  2. Put the rice and almonds into the filtering barrel, insert the filtering barrel in the lower part of the unit, then lock it by turning clockwise.

  3. Fill the pot with water to the (1,700cc) level marked inside the pot. (Do not use hot water.)

  4. Place the main unit into the pot.

  5. Pull the grip forward. the grip will locked at the locking device at the upper part of main unit, with a click.

  6. Plug in the unit.

  7. When the power lamp is lit, press the Soymilk/Tofu button to begin the process.

  8. When the lamp flickers and beeps after about 21 minutes the operation is complete.

  9. Unplug the power cord from the upper part of the main unit.

  10. Pull back the handle to separate main body from water bucket, the almond milk is done.

Do NOT pour the almond milk from the pot because it is very hot and the steam may burn you. Use a ladle to move the almond milk to a different container.


Hard Tofu
Soylove Soy Milk Maker for Hard Tofu
  1. First follow the procedure for making soymilk.

  2. Fill half of the cup (supplied) with water, and put in the coagulant for hard tofu and dissolve thoroughly.

  3. Put the dissolved coagulant in a bowl (about 2 quart capacity).

  4. Use the supplied strainer to scoop out the bean pulp, dipping into the pot of soymilk 5~7 times.

  5. Pour the filtered soymilk from the pot into the bowl of dissolved coagulant, holding the grip of pot with right hand and supporting the bottom of pot with left hand and wait for about 2 minutes. (Do not stir)

  6. Lay a filtering fabric (cheesecloth) in the bottom of the tofu press.

  7. Scoop out the coagulated tofu with the supplied strainer, letting the water drain some before placing into the cheesecloth covered tofu press.

  8. Cover the tofu with the cheesecloth and press lightly to remove excess water.

  9. Take the tofu out of the tofu press and remove the cheesecloth.

  10. Tofu is ready to eat.

(Liquid remaining in the container after taking out the hard tofu has lots of nutrients, so it is recommended to use it for stew or soup).


Soft Tofu
Soylove Soy Milk Maker for Soft Tofu
  1. Follow the procedure for making soymilk.

  2. Put 1/2 cup (supplied cup) of water and add soft tofu coagulant. And then dissolve it completely.

  3. Pour the dissolved coagulant into a bowl (about 2 quart capacity).

  4. Use the supplied strainer to scoop out the bean pulp, dipping into the pot of soymilk 5~7 times.

  5. Pour the filtered soymilk from the pot into the bowl of dissolved coagulant, holding the grip of pot with right hand and supporting the bottom of pot with left hand and wait for about 30 minutes. (Do not stir or disturb, it may fail to make soft tofu)

  6. You may use the soft tofu like it is or place it in the refrigerator to make slightly firmer soft tofu.


Pumpkin Soup
Soylove Soy Milk Maker for Pumkin Soup
  1. Measure out 1cup (supplied cup, almost 2/3 cup) of glutinous rice (sticky rice) and wash thoroughly removing stones etc.

  2. Fill the pot with water to the (1,300cc) level marked inside the pot. (Do NOT use hot water)

  3. Put the rice into the bottom of the pot NOT into the filtering barrel, remove the filtering barrel in the lower part of the unit, the filtering barrel is NOT used for this recipe.

  4. Peel off the skin of the pumpkin, remove all seeds, etc. Cut into small cubes (1/4inch size) use the supplied cup to measure out 4 cups of pumpkin and put into the pot with the rice.

  5. Place the main unit into the pot.

  6. Pull the grip forward. the grip will locked at the locking device at the upper part of main unit, with a click.

  7. Plug in the unit.

  8. When the power lamp is lit, press the Porridge button to begin the process.

  9. When the lamp flickers and beeps after about 30 minutes the operation is complete.

  10. Unplug the power cord from the upper part of the main unit.

  11. Pull back the handle to separate main body from water bucket, the pumpkin soup is done.


Vegetable Soup
Soylove Soy Milk Maker for Vegetable Soup
  1. Measure out 1cup (supplied cup) of chopped carrot, onion, potato, and apple for a total of 4 cups, wash thoroughly.

  2. Fill the pot with water to the (1,300cc) level marked inside the pot. (Do NOT use hot water)

  3. Put the 4 cups of chopped vegetables and fruit into the bottom of the pot NOT into the filtering barrel, remove the filtering barrel in the lower part of the unit, the filtering barrel is NOT used for this recipe.

  4. Place the main unit into the pot.

  5. Pull the grip forward. the grip will locked at the locking device at the upper part of main unit, with a click.

  6. Plug in the unit.

  7. When the power lamp is lit, press the Porridge button to begin the process.

  8. When the lamp flickers and beeps after about 30 minutes the operation is complete.

  9. Unplug the power cord from the upper part of the main unit.

  10. Pull back the handle to separate main body from water bucket, the vegetable soup is done.


Bean Noodle Soup
Soylove Soy Milk Maker for Bean Noodle Soup
  1. Measure out 1cup beans and noodles.

  2. Fill the pot with water to the (1,300cc) level marked inside the pot. (Do NOT use hot water)

  3. Put the beans in the filtering barrel, cook noodles separately.

  4. Place the main unit into the pot.

  5. Pull the grip forward. the grip will locked at the locking device at the upper part of main unit, with a click.

  6. Plug in the unit.

  7. When the power lamp is lit, press the Soymilk button to begin the process.

  8. When the lamp flickers and beeps after about 21 minutes the operation is complete.

  9. Unplug the power cord from the upper part of the main unit.

  10. Pull back the handle to separate main body from water bucket, the Bean soup is done.

  11. Pour cooked Bean mixture into bowl, add cooled cooked noodles and garnish to taste.


Fish Porridge

  1. Measure out 1cup boneless fish, 1 cup rice, 1 full sliced onion, ½ bell pepper.

  2. Fill the pot with water to the (1,300cc) level marked inside the pot. (Do NOT use hot water)

  3. Put all the ingredients into the pot NOT into the filtering barrel, remove the filtering barrel in the lower part of the unit, the filtering barrel is NOT used for this recipe.

  4. Place the main unit into the pot.

  5. Pull the grip forward. the grip will locked at the locking device at the upper part of main unit, with a click.

  6. Plug in the unit.

  7. When the power lamp is lit, press the Porridge button to begin the process.

  8. When the lamp flickers and beeps after about 30 minutes the operation is complete.

  9. Unplug the power cord from the upper part of the main unit.

  11. Garnish to taste.

  3. Put all the ingredients into the pot NOT into the filtering barrel, remove the filtering barrel in the lower part of the unit, the filtering barrel is NOT used for this recipe.

  4. Place the main unit into the pot.

  5. Pull the grip forward. the grip will locked at the locking device at the upper part of main unit, with a click.

  6. Plug in the unit.

  7. When the power lamp is lit, press the Porridge button to begin the process.

  8. When the lamp flickers and beeps after about 30 minutes the operation is complete.

Chestnut Porridge

  1. Measure out 2 cups glutinous rice, 1 cup diced sweet potato, 2 cups shelled, diced chestnuts.

  2. Fill the pot with water to the (1,400cc) level marked inside the pot. (Do NOT use hot water)

  3. Put all the ingredients into the pot NOT into the filtering barrel, remove the filtering barrel in the lower part of the unit, the filtering barrel is NOT used for this recipe.

  4. Place the main unit into the pot.

  5. Pull the grip forward. the grip will locked at the locking device at the upper part of main unit, with a click.

  6. Plug in the unit.

  7. When the power lamp is lit, press the Porridge button to begin the process.

  8. When the lamp flickers and beeps after about 30 minutes the operation is complete.

Ginseng, Cinnamon Ginger Tea
Soylove Soy Milk Maker for Ginseng Cinnamon Ginger Tea
  1. Fill water (1,300cc) of normal temperature to the level marked inside the pot.

  2. Put one table spoon of tea leaves in the filtering barrel, and insert the filtering barrel in the lower part of main unit then lock it by rotating clockwise.

  3. Slice the one piece of ginseng root and put them in the filtering barrel, and insert the filtering barrel in the lower part of main unit then lock it by rotating clockwise.

  4. Cut the cinnamon into small pieces and put 3 table spoons of the pieces in the filtering barrel. Slice 3 pieces of ginger and put them in the filtering barrel. Insert the filtering barrel in the lower part of main unit then lock it by rotating clockwise.

  5. Place the main unit at the center of the pot.

  6. Pull the grip forward. The grip will be locked at the locking device at the upper part
    of main unit, with a click.

  7. Connect the power cord to the upper part of main unit. The power cord will be lit
    with whistling.

  8. When the power lamp is lit, press the Tea button to operate the unit.

  9. When the lamp flickers after about 25 minutes with buzz, operation is completed.

  10. Take out the power cord from the upper part of main unit.

  11. Separate the main unit from the pot by pulling the grip backward.

  12. Tea is finished.


Green Tea
Soylove Soy Milk Maker for Green Tea
  1. Fill water (1,700cc) of normal temperature to the level marked inside the pot.

  2. Put one teaspoon of green tea leaves in the filtering barrel, and insert the filtering barrel in the lower part of main unit then lock it by rotating clockwise.

  3. Place the main unit at the center of the pot.

  4. Pull the grip forward. The grip will be locked at the locking device at the upper part
    of main unit, with a click.

  5. Connect the power cord to the upper part of main unit. The power cord will be lit
    with whistling.

  6. When the power lamp is lit, press the Tea button to operate the unit.

  7. When the lamp flickers after about 25 minutes with buzz, operation is completed.

  8. Take out the power cord from the upper part of main unit.

  9. Separate the main unit from the pot by pulling the grip backward.

  10. Tea is finished.


Persimmon Punch
Soylove Soy Milk Maker for Persimmon Punch
  1. Fill water (1,700cc) of normal temperature to the level marked inside the pot.

  2. Put one tablespoon cinnamon powder and 3 teaspoons of diced ginger in the filtering barrel, and insert the filtering barrel in the lower part of main unit then lock it by rotating clockwise.

  3. Put 3 sliced dried persimmons into the the pot.

  4. Place the main unit at the center of the pot.

  5. Pull the grip forward. The grip will be locked at the locking device at the upper part
    of main unit, with a click.

  6. Connect the power cord to the upper part of main unit. The power cord will be lit
    with whistling.

  7. When the power lamp is lit, press the Tea button to operate the unit.

  8. When the lamp flickers after about 25 minutes with buzz, operation is completed.

  9. Take out the power cord from the upper part of main unit.

  10. Separate the main unit from the pot by pulling the grip backward.

  11. Tea is finished.
