SoyQuick Soy Milk Maker Recipes

Use the SoyQuick appliance to enjoy bean, rice and nut milks or to use as healthy ingredient alternatives in recipes wherever regular milk is used. Soymilk also makes great smoothies and can be used when making yogurts and ice cream.

Flavorings and Sweeteners

Alter the soymilk recipes to personal taste with a variety of flavorings and sweetener options. Here are a few suggestions:

2 tsp frozen juice concentrate (apple, orange, pineapple, etc.)
1-2 tbsp Juice nectar (peach)
1-2 tbsp molasses or maple syrup
1 tsp favorite liqueur
1 tsp chocolate or carob syrup
a squeeze honey with 1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp flax or sesame seeds
1-2 tbsp coconut placed in the filter cup with soybeans
10-50 coffee beans placed in the filter cup with soybeans
1-4 vanilla beans placed in the filter cup with soybeans
to taste honey. turbinado sugar, Stevia, brown sugar, cane sugar, date sugar, malted rice/barley.
 
Traditional Soy Milk
SoyQuick Soy Milk Maker Soymilk Recipe
  1. Use included measuring cup and measure one level cup of dry soybeans (3.5 ounces / 100g) into large bowl.
  2. Wash soybeans thoroughly and rinse with fresh water. Repeat 3 times until water is clear. Cover beans with 2-3 inches of water and soak 8-10 hours at room temperature. After soaking, rinse soybeans thoroughly.
  3. Fill SoyQuick container with normal temperature water to the maximum level indicated in the cooking pot (51ounces / 1,500cc)
  4. Put soaked soybeans in the filtering cup and re-attach filter cup to machine head.
  5. Place the upper unit in the center of the pot and place unit in safe place.
  6. Connect the power cord to the upper unit. The power lamp will illuminate and appliance will beep.
  7. Press only the Start button. The appliance will automatically start the cycle. Process takes 13-15 minutes. Multiple audio beeps with flashing power light indicate cycle is completed.

Oat Milk
SoyQuick Soy Milk Maker Qatmilk Recipe
  1. Use included measuring cup and measure one level cup of whole grain rolled oats (3.5 ounces / 100g) into filtering cup and attach to machine head. You can also mix with other ingredients such as soybeans, barley, almonds, rice. Do not add more than 1 cup of ingredients.
  2. Fill SoyQuick container with normal temperature water to the maximum level indicated in the cooking pot (51ounces / 1,500cc)
  3. Place the upper unit in the center of the pot and place unit in safe place.
  4. Connect the power cord to the upper unit. The power lamp will illuminate and appliance will beep.
  5. Press only the Start button. The appliance will automatically start the cycle. Process takes 13-15 minutes. Multiple audio beeps with flashing power light indicate cycle is completed.

Bean Milks
SoyQuick Soy Milk Maker Bean Milk Recipe
  1. Use included measuring cup and measure one level cup of pre soaked beans (3.5 ounces / 100g) into large bowl. You can also mix with other ingredients such as soybeans, barley, almonds, rice. Don not add more than 1 cup of ingredients.
  2. Wash beans thoroughly and rinse with fresh water. Repeat 3 times until water is clear. Cover beans with 2-3 inches of water and soak 8-10 hours at room temperature. After soaking, rinse beans thoroughly.
  3. Fill SoyQuick container with normal temperature water to the maximum level indicated in the cooking pot (51ounces / 1,500cc)

Rice Milk
SoyQuick Soy Milk Maker Rice Milk Recipe Any rice can be used including brown, white, wild and sweet.
  1. Use included measuring cup and measure level cup of uncooked rice (3.5 ounces / 100g) into large bowl.
  2. Wash rice thoroughly and rinse with fresh water. Repeat three times. Cover rice with 2-3 inches of water and soak 4-6 hours at room temperature. After soaking, rinse soybeans thoroughly 3 times.
  3. Fill SoyQuick container with normal temperature water to the minimum level indicated in the cooking pot (44 ounces / 1,300cc)
  4. Place the upper unit in the center of the pot and place unit in safe place.
  5. Connect the power cord to the upper unit. The power lamp will illuminate and appliance will beep.
  6. Press only the Start button. The appliance will automatically start the cycle. Process takes 13-15 minutes. Multiple audio beeps with flashing power light indicate cycle is completed.

Almond Milk
SoyQuick Soy Milk Maker Almond Milk Recipe Used soaked or unsoaked almonds with the SoyQuick machine. You can use both blanched and unblanched almonds along with almond pieces, slivered almonds or even mix and match with your other favorite nuts. Unblanced almonds produce a darker, nuttier milk, whereas blanched almonds produce a whiter, creamier milk.

Some people prefer uncooked almond milk also known as raw milks. The SoyQuick™ machine has a programmable option to not cook and make raw milk.

  1. Use included measuring cup and measure 1¾ - 2 cups of whole almonds into large bowl.
  2. Wash almonds thoroughly and rinse with fresh water. Cover almonds with 2-3 inches of water and soak 4 hours at room temperature. After soaking, rinse soybeans thoroughly.
  3. Fill SoyQuick container with normal temperature water to the maximum level indicated in the cooking pot (51ounces / 1,500cc)
  4. Place the upper unit in the center of the pot and place unit in safe place.
  5. Connect the power cord to the upper unit. The power lamp will illuminate and appliance will beep.
  6. Press only the Start button. The appliance will automatically start the cycle. Process takes 13-15 minutes. Multiple audio beeps with flashing power light indicate cycle is completed.
