The Body Rub Two Speed body massager is an oscillating vibration type massager that delivers a consistent, soothing and invigorating massage every time.

Recommended Strength Settings

The intensity of the massage is dependent on the speed setting and the pressure being applied. Experimentation with different speeds and pressure will determine the most suitable massage for each individual.

1. High Strength - Set power setting to high for large, thick muscle areas and maximum stimulation.

2. Low Strength - Dial power setting to low for the most common use and a good starting point for the average person. Also good for sensitive, thin muscle areas and for children and the elderly.

3. Extra Low Strength - Massaging through a folded towel will reduce stimulation even below the lowest power setting.

Optional Body Rub Mate Use Instructions

Prepare the attachment brackets, washers and lock nuts.	Place the wooden Mate on the arms of a chair with grooves facing up. Place Body Rub Massager with the rubber grips on the grooves in the wood frame.	Insert the handle holder brackets with extension screws extending through the slots in the wood bracket.
Insert rubber washer first, then metal washer and finally screw on lock nut.	Adjust the Body Rub massager to the height on the Mate desired and tighten the lock nuts.	Set the Body Rub and bracket on a chair or sofa and enjoy!
